Fees and Charges:
Ongoing Management
Collection of rent- 7.5% on all rents collected or a minimum fee of $500 for a management less than 6 months
Repairs- 7.5% for arranging/supervising maintenance, repairs or renovations. 5% on major repairs or renovations
Mediation/Hearings- Tenancy services charges, currently $20.00 for application. Agent to attend mediation/hearings $30.00 per hour.
Credit check- $14.24 per check
Inspections- For each three monthly inspection $40.00 (unfurnished) $60.00 (furnished) includes bond inspections.
Advertising- internet (raywhite.co.nz, raywhite.com, rwsumner.co.nz, rwopawa.co.nz, trademe.co.nz, realestate.co.nz)- all FREE. Colour flyer in front office window- FREE. Tenant match list of available properties sent via email- FREE. For rent sign on front fence- FREE (if posts required $30.00). Newspaper advert costs vary depending on size.
Postage & Petty's- $3.00 monthly fee
End of year statement & balance sheet- $30.00
GST- All the above charges are GST Exclusive
Casual letting (let only, on occasion)
We will complete the Tenancy Agreement details; collect the Bond and initial rent payment (2 weeks) from the tenant. We will also give the tenant a direct credit form for future rental payments provided we have bank details. A copy of the Tenancy Agrement and Bond lodgement form will then be forwarded to you.
Administration charge- includes 1 credit check & 1 newspaper advert in The Press $120.00
Advertising- Internet and colour flyer- FREE.Tenant match list of available properties sent via email- FREE. For rent sign on front fence- FREE (if posts required $30.00) further advertising in The Press varies depending on size of advert.
Appraisal- (if applicable) $60.00
